We take no responsibility for supplied garments if print is not compatible or damaged or a misprint occurs as garments can not be replaced at our expense.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
We provide a complete graphic design service - Artwork, Logo design, logo recreation, branding, flyers, stationery, business cards to vehicle signage. All point of sale material to your complete corporate branding managed throughout with ongoing reference and file transfers. Complete design and print service to that one-off novelty tee.
We can CRE8 the look or work with you to develop your own design or simply set up your supplied art for print.
DESIGN SERVICE AVAILABLE - We design using the latest ADOBE SOFTWARE.
Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
WE CAN PRINT YOUR SUPPLIED ART - Provided it is your own artwork with you giving us permission to reproduce your supplied file/s.

All artwork we create is original artwork, owned by CRE8withJAZ, PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT.

A Logo created on behalf of a Client is designed for their use and includes copyright ownership handed over to the client as the owner in the form of an electronic file. Giving them the rights and permission to use and reproduce the LOGO upon completion once payment is received in full. All print files remain the property of CRE8withJAZ unless otherwise specified.
STOCK PHOTOS
Istock and shutter stock images are available from CRE8withJAZ for download and it is a service we provide to source specified images for use on your behalf to accompany a job.
Ownership is provided to you for your own use of the image/s used in a specified job.
Where images are photographed by CRE8withJAZ we own the ownership of the image with the rights given for the use in marketing material as stated for a specific job only with reproduction to be advised and granted as advised by the owner at CRE8withJAZ.
PROOFING
ALL ART IS PROOFED VIA EMAIL, or can be presented in person.
All art includes 1 set of changes unless otherwise stated in written quotation prior to commencing order.
Additional changes are set from minimum update fee of $45 after 1st proof.
All art must be approved via reply email stating 'APPROVED'. It is your responsibility to proof read all text and review art. Where verbal approval is given we accept no responsibility for errors missed once art is approved.
Print is commenced upon artwork approval and receipt of full payment.
We provide file transfers of logos created for our clients, with ongoing reference at all times included with our corporate branding packs for the lifetime of CRE8withJAZ.
Print ready art is available upon special request. Fee applies for print ready artwork to be supplied.

High quality, super thin vinyl - Printed digital colour + diecut
Compatible with most materials from cotton, polyester, lycra, swimwear, leather, neoprene to speciality items.
No Minimum quantity very durable.
Flexibility to print on demand, personalisation and multiple print placements.
We print on clothing to delicate items such as stretch lycra, sports wear to swimwear, even wetsuits.
A super thin stretch media printed colour and die-cut and heat applied.

Jpegs and pdfs also accepted if an image such as a photo is to be printed, but all text must be set in a vector format, otherwise it must be recreated by our team so suitable for print. All art is checked and you will be advised if alterations are required or if your art is not suitable along with any additional artwork costs to prepare you art so it is suitable to suit output print specifications.

EMBROIDERY:
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 12 items. Recommended small front placement 100mm in height or width for clothing.
Caps max art height = 60mm

PLACEMENT: SMALL FRONT. Back is available but not commonly done for lager areas.

THE PROCESS: We photograph and measure your vehicle, boat or shopfront at CENTRAL AVENUE MANLY or onsite (call out fee applies). Installation is done at Manly unless otherwise requested.
Lamination is recommended which is an add on service we provide for longevity and protection from the harsh sun and scratches adding life to the printed media.
LIFE SPAN OF PRINTED VINYL MEDIA: 3 years. 5-7years for sold vinyl colours.
FAST TURN AROUND
We provide a quality fast turn around digital print service on demand. Subject to: APPAREL and FLYERS.
One-off t-shirts are subject to stock availability. We keep AS COLOUR black and white mens tees and some womens wear at hand for your selection. FAST TURN AROUND is subject to artwork format/complexity and quantity.
We accept no responsibility for delivery of garments required in less than 3 days when relying on a third party courier or Australia post to meet delivery requirements once dispatched from us.
We guaranteed to meet each specified deadline by the time given.

PICK UP
WE ARE LOCATED AT STUDIO 12/ 21 Sydney Rd (2nd Level). Next to Clarke & Hummel real Estate.
DRIVE TO THE VERY END OF CENTRAL AVENUE MANLY.
DROP OFF/PICK UP 5 min parking zone (right out front), or we can run down to meet you to save you parking
Drop offs and Pick ups are available weekdays within our standard working hours (click here)
After hours and weekend collection available upon request by contacting us to confirm time. We often work late and are happy to meet you after hours or on Saturday. Our main entrance door is open from 8am-6pm weekdays so goods can be dropped off and left at our studio door if unattended.
DELIVERY
STANDARD TURN AROUND: 5-7 working days.
We provide a quality fast turn around service. For urgent deadlines it is the clients responsibility to ensure a min of 2-3 working days is allowed for shipping. Pick up or your own arrangement is advised when urgent deadlines are required. We can guarantee same day turn around for the completion of jobs but delivery is at your own risk when timeframes are at a minimum to meet deadline with short notice, we can not take responsibility for third party delivery service unless a same day courier service is booked to gurantee set delivery time.
DELIVERY OF STOCK: We custom order apparel/stock every Wednesday to keep up with our weekly demands.
FOR URGENT ORDERS If you order is urgent and stock is required to be ordered in allow a minimum of 3 working days. Ensure you factor this into your turn around time. Shipping of stock to us plays a part in the turn around allocated time. When we have to rely on a third party delivery service.

AUSTRALIA POST - Shipping Australia wide. Express post or standard postage.
next day delivery is not always guaranteed by Australia post so always allow a minimum or 2 days shipping if express is required.
COURIERS: FAST WAYS allow 2-3 business days Sydney metro.
4-5 days for country and interstate.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due to action all orders - Artwork is then commenced.Print is not commenced,
until payment is received in full.
For orders over $1000 a 50% deposit can be accepted if arranged upon placement of order.
Remaining balance is due upon approval of art, print is then commenced.
We do not release jobs/garments until payment in full has been received. Unless pre-arranged under special circumstances, in which payment must be received within 5 working days of collection of goods.
We accept CASH, EFTPOS, VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Credit card/Eftpos payments attract a $2 fee. For orders over $100 in value a 1.85% transaction fee applies.
Prices are valid for 30 days from invoice date and are subject to change without notice.
CRE8withJAZ reserves the right to change or discontinue stock items.
PRIVACY POLICY
At CRE8withJAZ we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information collected includes your name, email address, and shipping address. We do not store your credit card information unless advised. Email added to mailing list is by acceptance electronically.
WE DO NOT accept responsibility for artwork that is not your own for you to onsell.
We do not accept returns after 5 days of receipt of goods.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the end result this must be sent in writing to design@cre8withjaz.com.au within 48 hour of collecting goods. A job actioned with print commenced can not be cancelled/refunded after artwork approval has been received to action print. A credit note of part payment may be issued under owners review of circumstances if item is deemed faulty or not as requested. A full refund will only be issued under the circumstance of consumer fault in accordance with the consumer law.
We do not cut corners, everything we create is hand placed and made with the finest care.
